Change Management Communications Manager for USPTO

Spire Communications is a woman-owned, boutique public relations, marketing, and communications agency in Northern Virginia. We’re seeking a full-time communication and change management generalist to join our team. A minimum of 7 years’ experience is required to apply.

In this position, you will work closely with the change management lead for one of Spire’s federal government clients, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, supporting the chief data officer. This role is a terrific opportunity for a communication professional passionate about supporting organizational transformation, process improvement, and performance measurement.

The position is hybrid, with occasional onsite work at the client site in Alexandria, VA. We will consider remote candidates only if they can support regular morning meetings on the East Coast as early as 8:00 am ET.

What You’ll Do

  • Create organizational design products and transformation roadmaps
  • Develop communications, training, and change management plans
  • Create training best practices and quick-win opportunities
  • Use various channels to build awareness of enterprise transformation efforts
