Donald is an award-winning multifaceted designer. He has over 10 years of public health experience producing creative, high-quality static and animated graphics, illustrations, videos, collateral, and layouts for print and digital products. He has honed his ability to transform complex content into visually appealing products. Donald is highly proficient in Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat. He is also experienced and certified in 508 compliances.
Donald has a strong track record of designing products that exceed the client’s expectations. Donald’s clients have included: U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), FDA: Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (FDA CDER), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), National Institute for Health (NIH), National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), and National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD).
Prior to joining Spire Communications, Donald designed an animated gif for FDA that illustrating the staggering increase of E-cigarette usage among high school students, which won the gold award in the 2017 MarCom Awards. His design work won several awards.
Donald earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Art from Towson University.
