Alexandria, Virginia – May 7, 2025 – Spire Communications is part of the Fibertek team awarded a recompete contract supporting work across the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, known as DEVCOM. Under the new multiyear contract, Spire will provide strategic communications support to groundbreaking programs in the Army Research Lab and Army Data Analysis Center.
Spire will provide public affairs, graphic design, 3D animation, and photography services to promote the technological and engineering advances driven by DEVCOM.
